Cancellation Policy
Canceling during the free trial
Cancel any time before your 3-day free trial ends and you will not be charged the first membership fee. Your exact trial end date and next charge date are shown on your Membership Status page.
Canceling a paid membership
Cancel any time. Your Pro access stays active through the period you already paid for, and your membership will not renew after that. We do not charge cancellation fees.
How to cancel
Open Membership Status and choose Cancel membership. Cancellation takes effect immediately for future renewals and is confirmed on screen.
Refunds
Membership fees already charged are generally non-refundable, since access continues through the paid period. If you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it.
Your data
Canceling does not delete your account, saved markers, builds, or maintenance history. You keep Free plan access and its limits.
